Welcome to Applewald Farm
Every fall the farm kicks into overdrive as we welcome visitors from around the state and the country. Enjoy the scenic drive just a half hour from Augusta, Brunswick, or Lewiston/Auburn and an hour from Portland, we’ve become a popular autumn destination.
First cider press of 2018
Guests are welcome to tour the orchard and pick their own apples and pumpkins. You are welcome to borrow from our fleet of red wagons. Families also enjoy our backyard play area which includes a corn maze, pedal tractors, a beanie baby slingshot, cornhole, and a giant sandbox. Impromptu farm tours are often available and you can even get a chance to see the cider press in the back room upon request.
The store is teeming with produce in the fall and fresh apple cider donuts are made several times a day. Sample a variety of canned and baked goods along with a taste of our own unpasteurized apple cider. Sorry, due to food safely regulations, dogs are not allowed in the store or orchard.
