ABOUT US

We are a small, family run operation.  Tom Fair and his family began building up the farm in the 1970’s.  When the late Tom Fair Sr. retired from his career as a Naval Pilot, he put down roots in Litchfield.  Tom’s wife, Cynthia Turcotte, recently wrapped up a high school teaching career to focus on the business and bakery full time.  Their children have been attending the farmer’s market since they were preschoolers and you can often find one or the other at the market with Uncle Ken.
